Every doe that leaves our homestead comes from a clean, closed herd, is handled daily (usually by small, sticky hands), and goes home with a current annual bio-screen and an honest personality profile.

Dates are windows. Due dates are estimates based on breeding dates. Kids arrive when they're ready — not on a calendar.
Traits are likely, not promised. "Expected traits" reflect what a pairing tends to throw from its parents. No single kid is guaranteed any color, pattern, or polled status.
Health & structure come first. We breed for sound, productive dairy goats first — color and flash second. Every animal here is part of a working herd.
Prices are ranges. Final price depends on sex, conformation, registration, and markings once kids are on the ground and evaluated.
Nigerian Dwarf
Small in size, big in butterfat. Our Nigerian Dwarf crosses for this season lean into silver/modified color and polled, blue-eyed kids out of proven does.
Nubians
Full-size, big-personality dairy goats known for rich, high-butterfat milk. This season's Nubian kids are all sired by Warren and carry moonspots, with several purebred and polled options.

Chatty's Rebel Without A Cause is a Groovy daughter born April 2024, out of our own Chatty-line breeding. As Groovy's daughter, she already carries his Flat Rock silver genetics — which is exactly what makes this linebreeding so effective.
Her maternal line traces back through our farm to Lucy (Crooked Branch Farm SM Luciola), adding a touch of outcross strength on the dam's side. Rebel has already proven herself an easy, attentive mother.

Polled — Naturally hornless; born without horns, no disbudding needed. Marked with a P on registration numbers.
Blue eyes — A striking inherited eye color seen in some Nigerian Dwarf lines. A cosmetic trait, not a health one.
Moonspots — Round, lighter spots scattered over the coat — a sought-after Nubian color pattern.
Silver / modified — Color genetics that lighten or shift a kid's base coat, producing softer silvered tones.
F1 Mini Nubian — A first-generation cross between a standard Nubian and a Nigerian Dwarf — mid-size, with rich milk.
Purebred vs. American Nubian — Purebred Nubians trace fully to registered Nubian stock; American Nubians are registered through generational upbreeding.

Good homes matter to us as much as good genetics. Here's how reserving works — reach out early, because the polled and blue-eyed kids tend to get spoken for fast.

Step 2 — Place a deposit. $200 holds your spot in line for a chosen cross.
Step 3 — Choose your kid. Once kids arrive and are evaluated, deposit-holders select in order. Balance is due at pickup.
